● Can the sample fee be refunded?
Of course, our Sample Policy clearly stipulates the sample fee refund mechanism to protect the rights and interests of customers, which applies to the following three situations:
Sample fee can be deducted
For the first formal bulk order of ≥ 200 pieces per style per color by the customer, the sample fee will be fully deducted from the order amount; in addition, it can also be deducted after MOQ negotiation and calculated on a proportional basis. In addition, for bulk goods, we will provide you with corresponding discounts based on the quantity you purchase.
The sample fee is refundable in the following cases:
If the customer decides not to customize after paying the sample fee and the sample production has not yet started; if there are major problems caused by us during the sample production process, resulting in failure to deliver on time or fail to meet customer requirements.
A full refund or 90% refund can be applied for in the following situations:
The sample has not yet entered the production stage, that is, the customer cancels the application and the sample has not yet been cut or cut;
There are major mistakes on our side, including failure to produce according to the tech-pack, and mistakes leading to serious delays in delivery (more than 15 days beyond the agreed time);

Non-refundable situations
The customer has confirmed and started the sample production process, has designed and printed the paper pattern, or has cut the fabric or the sample has been completed as required;
