● Which groups do we provide free samples service?

In order to achieve higher quality cooperation with long-term and high-potential brand customers, we provide the following free sample policies:

VIP customers

We will provide free samples to VIP customers. VIP customers are important long-term partners who have always supported our brand and products. VIP status will be determined based on our cooperation time, order quantity and frequency, total order amount and other factors. VIP customers will not only get free samples, but also get corresponding discounts for large orders.

Potential Customers and Brand Customers

We are also willing to provide free samples to potential customers with great potential and customers with private brands. These customers are very important in product feedback and cooperation opportunities, and we are committed to building long-term partnerships with them. We will evaluate whether the customer meets the free sample policy based on factors such as potential, scale, purchasing volume, market influence and brand awareness.

For other regular customers, we offer a paid sample service.

We treat all of our customers the same, and the sample fee is to help us cover the material, production and shipping costs, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality custom clothing and professional service.

In order to ensure the necessary operation of the factory, the free samples we provide do not include special fabrics (such as high-end leather, hand-embroidery), and if special craftsmanship is required, you still need to pay the corresponding fees. ● Can the sample fee be refunded?

Of course, our Sample Policy clearly stipulates the sample fee refund mechanism to protect the rights and interests of customers, which applies to the following three situations:

Sample fee can be deducted

For the first formal bulk order of ≥ 200 pieces per style per color by the customer, the sample fee will be fully deducted from the order amount; in addition, it can also be deducted after MOQ negotiation and calculated on a proportional basis. In addition, for bulk goods, we will provide you with corresponding discounts based on the quantity you purchase.

The sample fee is refundable in the following cases:

If the customer decides not to customize after paying the sample fee and the sample production has not yet started; if there are major problems caused by us during the sample production process, resulting in failure to deliver on time or fail to meet customer requirements.

A full refund or 90% refund can be applied for in the following situations:

The sample has not yet entered the production stage, that is, the customer cancels the application and the sample has not yet been cut or cut;

There are major mistakes on our side, including failure to produce according to the tech-pack, and mistakes leading to serious delays in delivery (more than 15 days beyond the agreed time);

Application process: send an email application → Dixiao reviews and confirms → bank transfer refund, generally 5-10 working days to arrive.

Non-refundable situations

The customer has confirmed and started the sample production process, has designed and printed the paper pattern, or has cut the fabric or the sample has been completed as required;

The customer has made subjective feedback on size adjustments, style preferences, or has accepted the sample quality;
